Aaka is open-source software licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0), available at github.com/prasadgupte/aaka-life. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Aaka software and the aaka.life website.
Aaka is self-hosted software. By installing and running Aaka, you are operating your own instance of the software on your own infrastructure. You are responsible for:
Aaka integrates with Google APIs (Calendar, Tasks, Gmail) via OAuth 2.0. By using these integrations you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Aaka's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Aaka software is released under the AGPL-3.0 licence. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that licence. The licence text is included in the repository and available at gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.
Aaka is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The authors of Aaka shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the software.
